Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is a bit better than the Motorola One Action's global score of 78.5. The Sony Xperia 1 design is just a little bit heavier but somewhat thinner than the Motorola One Action, and both of them were released only a couple months apart. The Sony Xperia 1 features a bit more powerful processor than Motorola One Action, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xperia 1 features a brighter screen than Motorola One Action, because it has a little bit larger display, more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The Motorola One Action features a slightly better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia 1, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola One Action also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB.
Xperia 1 counts with a slightly better camera than Motorola One Action, because although it has worse 24 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have a 12 mega pixels back camera and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xperia 1 also counts with a bigger aperture for better photography and video in low light situations.
Motorola One Action counts with a bit longer battery duration than Xperia 1, because it has a 5 percent more battery size.
Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola One Action, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola One Action. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Motorola One Action, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
