Motorola One Action is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, having a 78.5 score against 78.3. The Motorola One Action is an older and just a bit thicker device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but Motorola managed to build it just a little lighter anyway. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a bit better screen than Motorola One Action, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit larger display.
Motorola One Action has a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a processor that is just as good as Motorola One Action's processing unit, both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has just a bit better camera than Motorola One Action, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 also has a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a superior battery life than Motorola One Action, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Motorola One Action is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola One Action, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, giving up some features and specs.
