The Huawei Mate X is better than the Motorola One Hyper, getting a overall score of 89.4 against 79.8. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Huawei Mate X has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola One Hyper has Android 11, so it provides lots of additional features and performance enhancements. Although it's the best device in this comparison, we must tell that it is also a heavier and thicker device.
The Huawei Mate X has a bit better processing power than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate X counts with just a bit better looking screen than Motorola One Hyper, because it has a larger display, a way better 2200 x 2480 resolution and a bit greater pixel density.
Huawei Mate X has a bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate X has a little longer battery performance than Motorola One Hyper, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Motorola One Hyper captures a lot better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and video, it also counts with a much higher 64 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola One Hyper, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola One Hyper. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Motorola One Hyper, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
