These phones use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite is a a little lighter and just a little bit thinner device than Motorola One Hyper, although both of them were released only 2 months apart.
The Galaxy Note10 Lite has a bit better display than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
