Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is a bit better than Motorola One Hyper's 79.8 global score. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola One Hyper has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy S5 construction is just a bit thinner and incredibly lighter than the Motorola One Hyper, although it was released 6 years before.

The Galaxy S5 has a much better looking screen than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a better pixel number in each screen inch. The Galaxy S5 counts with a little bit better processing power than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has lesser RAM and 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.

The Motorola One Hyper features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 96 GB more internal memory and an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola One Hyper features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S5, because it has a 43 percent larger battery capacity.

The Motorola One Hyper features a much better camera than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Motorola One Hyper also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low light environments and a back camera with a much better resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a little more than the Motorola One Hyper, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola One Hyper. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Motorola One Hyper, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
