Comparison review

Xperia 1 II is better than Motorola One Hyper, having a 91 score against 79.8. The Xperia 1 II is a somewhat thinner and just a little lighter phone than Motorola One Hyper, although both were released with only 6 months difference. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.

Sony Xperia 1 II has just a bit better processing power than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 II also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia 1 II counts with a brighter display than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xperia 1 II also has a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a lot better display density.

The Xperia 1 II counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB, the Xperia 1 II also has 256 GB internal storage. Motorola One Hyper captures slightly better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 1 II, because although it has lower video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with a camera with lot more MP.

The Sony Xperia 1 II has a battery life that's just as good as Motorola One Hyper's battery performance.
