Motorola One Hyper is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, having a 79.8 score against 77.7. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Motorola One Hyper has an older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Motorola One Hyper's design is heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a little more vivid display than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2280px, it also counts with a just a bit better screen pixel density.
The Motorola One Hyper features a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Motorola One Hyper also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1000 GB. Motorola One Hyper counts with greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 19% larger battery capacity.
The Motorola One Hyper has a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video definition and a same size camera aperture, the Motorola One Hyper also has a back-facing camera with a much better 64 mega pixels resolution.
