Comparison review

Galaxy S5 is slightly better than the Motorola One Macro, with a score of 80.8 against 73.8. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 has older 4.4.2 version and Motorola One Macro has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S5 body is lighter and just a bit thinner than the Motorola One Macro, even though it was released 5 years before.

Samsung Galaxy S5 features a much more vibrant display than Motorola One Macro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a lot better pixel amount per inch of display. Motorola One Macro has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB and 32 GB more internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Macro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S5 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Motorola One Macro, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light images, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures and videos, a back camera with more mega pixels and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

Motorola One Macro counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 43 percent greater battery capacity.
