The Galaxy C7 is a little bit better than the Motorola One Power, having a 77.7 score against 75.7. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy C7 has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola One Power has Android 10 version, giving you a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
