Galaxy M40 has a general score of 85, which is better than Motorola One Power's general score of 75.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS, so both should offer the same operating system features. Galaxy M40's body is somewhat lighter and thinner than Motorola One Power, even when they were released with only a couple of months difference.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a bit better looking display than Motorola One Power, because it has a quite bigger screen, a quite better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a bit more pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with a bit better processing power than Motorola One Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Motorola One Power, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB and more internal memory. The Galaxy M40 captures better photos and videos than Motorola One Power, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy M40 also has a way more MP back camera and a bigger aperture.

The Motorola One Power counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy M40, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
