The Xiaomi 12 is a little bit better than the Motorola One Power, with a 78.8 score against 75.7. The Xiaomi 12 body is newer, lighter and just a little bit thinner than Motorola One Power. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 12 has the newer 12 version while Motorola One Power has Android 10 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.

The Xiaomi 12 takes greater photos and videos than Motorola One Power, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light images and videos, it also counts with a way better video resolution and a much higher resolution back camera.
Motorola One Power has just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi 12, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
