Xiaomi 15 is just a bit better than the Motorola One Power, with a global score of 80.6 against 75.7. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 15 has 14 version and Motorola One Power has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features. Xiaomi 15 is a notably newer cellphone, and it's also just a bit thinner and a little lighter than the Motorola One Power.
