Google Pixel 2 XL is slightly better than Motorola One Vision, getting an 82.5 score against 80.7. Although Google Pixel 2 XL is older than Motorola One Vision, it's construction is just a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter. Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit sharper display than Motorola One Vision, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher screen density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
Motorola One Vision features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Motorola One Vision also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB. Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola One Vision. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
