Xperia 1 II is much better than the Motorola One Zoom, with a 91 score against 80. The Xperia 1 II is a somewhat thinner and a little lighter cellphone than Motorola One Zoom, even when both were released with only 9 months difference. Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a little bit better processing power than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 II also has 4 GB more RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 II has a much better display than Motorola One Zoom, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution and a way higher pixel quantity per inch of screen. Motorola One Zoom shoots much clearer photos and videos than Sony Xperia 1 II, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a smaller sensor, and they both have the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola One Zoom also counts with a lot more megapixels back facing camera.

The Xperia 1 II counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola One Zoom, because it has more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola One Zoom and Xperia 1 II count with very similar battery durations.
