HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Motorola One, with a 77 score against 74.3. The HTC U Ultra is a a little heavier phone than the Motorola One, but they are equally thin. The HTC U Ultra counts with a sharper screen than Motorola One, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel quantity per display inch and a lot higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Motorola One has a bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Motorola One also has a greater number of cores. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola One, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.
HTC U Ultra counts with a battery performance that is just as good as the battery duration in Motorola One. HTC U Ultra captures a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola One, because although it has a worse video quality and a lesser mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and video.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola One, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola One. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC U Ultra, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola One, resigning some features and specifications.
