The HTC U23 Pro is a little bit better than Motorola One, getting a 77.8 score against 74.3. Both devices we compare here use Android operating system, but the HTC U23 Pro has older 13 version while Motorola One has Android 9.0 Pie. HTC U23 Pro's construction is extremely newer, but thicker and incredibly heavier than the Motorola One.
The HTC U23 Pro has a bit sharper screen than Motorola One, because it has a quite larger screen, a much higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a better pixels density.
