The Motorola Moto G8 Plus is a bit better than the Motorola One, getting a 77.6 score against 74.3. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus is a newer cellphone than the Motorola One, but it's thicker and heavier. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus features a little bit better looking screen than Motorola One, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, a bit larger screen and a higher pixel amount in each inch in the screen.

Moto G8 Plus features a slightly better memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola One, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto G8 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. Motorola Moto G8 Plus's processor is very similar to Motorola One's CPU, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM memory.

The Moto G8 Plus takes much better videos and photos than Motorola One, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Moto G8 Plus also has a larger diafragm aperture and a way more megapixels back-facing camera. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus features longer battery life than Motorola One, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
