The OPPO Find X3 Neo body has the same thickness than Motorola One, but it is heavier.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo has a much sharper display than Motorola One, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400, a quite larger screen and a higher display density. The OPPO Find X3 Neo has a much bigger memory for applications and games than Motorola One, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
OPPO Find X3 Neo has a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a higher amount of RAM memory. OPPO Find X3 Neo captures better pictures and videos than Motorola One, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light situations, a way higher 50 megapixels resolution back facing camera and faster video frame rates.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo has a superior battery lifetime than Motorola One, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although OPPO Find X3 Neo is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola One, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola One. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy OPPO Find X3 Neo, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola One, letting go some specifications.
