Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version while Motorola One has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though Galaxy Note 3 is a better device than the Motorola One, we must note that it is also an a lot older, just a bit heavier and just a little thicker device.

The Galaxy Note 3 features a little better performance than Motorola One, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy Note 3 counts with an incredibly better display than Motorola One, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a higher pixel number per inch of display.

Motorola One features a better memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola One also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 captures clearer photos and videos than Motorola One, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low light captures and videos, they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.

Galaxy Note 3 features a little better battery life than Motorola One, because it has a 7 percent greater battery size.

Galaxy Note 3 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bit cheaper, which makes it an easy choice.
