The Xperia 5 III is much better than the Motorola One, with a global score of 90.5 against 74.3. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 5 III has older 11 version while Motorola One has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xperia 5 III is a a lot newer cellphone than Motorola One, although it's a little heavier and a little thicker.

The Xperia 5 III features a much better screen than Motorola One, because it has a lot higher 1080 x 2520 resolution, a little larger screen and much more pixels per inch in the screen. The Xperia 5 III has just a bit better processing power than Motorola One, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 5 III also has more RAM.

The Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola One, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 192 GB more internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia 5 III takes much clearer videos and photos than Motorola One, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a less MP back camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture.
