The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a general score of 87.4, which is much better than the Motorola razr (2019)'s 75.2 general score. The Huawei Mate 30 5G design is a little lighter but thicker than Motorola razr (2019), and they were only released with a couple months difference. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
Huawei Mate 30 5G has a little bit better display than Motorola razr (2019), because it has a quite larger screen, a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution. Huawei Mate 30 5G has a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola razr (2019), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has 2 GB more RAM.
Huawei Mate 30 5G's memory for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the Motorola razr (2019) one, both have equal 128 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate 30 5G has a way better battery life than Motorola razr (2019), because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2510mAh.
