The Huawei nova 3 has a global score of 76.3, which is slightly better than Motorola razr (2019)'s 75.2 overall score. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS, but Huawei nova 3 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10 version, providing the user a couple additional features. The Huawei nova 3 body is lighter than the Motorola razr (2019), although it's just a bit thicker and was released around a year before.
