The Huawei Nova 9 is a little bit better than the Motorola razr (2019), with an 81 score against 75.2. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Nova 9 has 11 version and Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10, so it offers a lot of extra features and improved performance. The Huawei Nova 9 construction is newer and lighter, but also thicker than the Motorola razr (2019).
