The Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is better than Motorola razr (2019)'s 75.2 general score. Although Huawei P40 and the Motorola razr (2019) were released only 2 months apart, Huawei P40's construction is lighter but also thicker. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
Huawei P40 features a little more vivid display than Motorola razr (2019), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better pixels density and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution. The Huawei P40 features as much memory to store more apps and games as the Motorola razr (2019) one, they have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P40 has a little faster processor than Motorola razr (2019). Both have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cores.
