The Moto Z Force is a little bit better than Motorola razr (2019), having a score of 75.8 against 75.2. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Moto Z Force has 7.0 Nougat version and Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10 version. Even though Moto Z Force is extremely older and a little bit thicker than Motorola razr (2019), it's construction is still much lighter.
