Motorola razr (2022) is slightly better than Motorola razr (2019), having an 81.1 score against 75.2. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but Motorola razr (2022) has a newer 12 version while Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10 version, so it offers some extra features and performance improvements. The Motorola razr (2022) construction is extremely newer and a little lighter than the Motorola razr (2019)'s, although it is also a little thicker.
