Galaxy M21 is better than Motorola razr (2019), getting an 84.1 score against 75.2. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M21 has 11 version while Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10, providing some additional features. The Galaxy M21 design is just a little bit lighter but noticeably thicker than Motorola razr (2019), and both of them were only released with a couple months difference.
