The Galaxy Note8 is better than the Motorola razr (2019), with an 83 score against 75.2. The Galaxy Note8 design is a little bit lighter than Motorola razr (2019), but it's much thicker and was released many years before. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10 version, giving some nice extra features and some performance improvements.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola razr (2019). Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 6 GB RAM.
