Comparison review
The Galaxy S4 is a bit better than the Motorola razr (2019), getting a 79 score against 75.2. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S4 has older 4.4 version while Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10 version. Even though Galaxy S4 is notably older and somewhat thicker than the Motorola razr (2019), it's body is still much lighter.
Galaxy S4 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola razr (2019), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display and a little higher 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Motorola razr (2019) has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a better camera than Motorola razr (2019), although it has a less megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a much lower video resolution and a lot smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and/or video in low-light environments. The Motorola razr (2019) has a slightly better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S4 has a bit longer battery duration than Motorola razr (2019), because it has a 2600mAh battery capacity.
