Comparison review
Motorola razr (2020) is better than HTC One M9, getting a score of 87 against 77.7. Motorola razr (2020)'s construction is extremely newer and thinner than the HTC One M9's, although it is also heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola razr (2020) has a newer 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version.
HTC One M9 features a more vivid display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater count of pixels per screen inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px. Motorola razr (2020) counts with much more storage to install games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
The HTC One M9 features just a little better processing power than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has 5 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit CPU. The Motorola razr (2020) shoots much clearer photographs and videos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a much larger aperture to take better photography and video in low light environments, a way more MP camera in the back and a larger back camera sensor.

Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy HTC One M9, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
