The Motorola razr (2020) is much better than the Motorola Moto G31, having an 87 score against 77. Motorola razr (2020)'s design is a little thinner than the Motorola Moto G31, but it's a little heavier and was released around 14 months before. These phones have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Motorola razr (2020) has a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G31, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
