The Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Galaxy Alpha, having an 87 score against 76.3. The Motorola razr (2020) design is somewhat thicker and way heavier than the Galaxy Alpha. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Motorola razr (2020) has the previous 11 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.

The Motorola razr (2020) has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores (but slower) and a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy Alpha features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a lot lower 1280 x 720 resolution, a little bit worse pixels density and a much smaller display.

Motorola razr (2020) features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 256 GB internal storage. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, giving up a couple features and specs.
