The Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Galaxy Alpha, having an 87 score against 76.3. The Motorola razr (2020) design is somewhat thicker and way heavier than the Galaxy Alpha. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Motorola razr (2020) has the previous 11 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
The Motorola razr (2020) has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores (but slower) and a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy Alpha features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a lot lower 1280 x 720 resolution, a little bit worse pixels density and a much smaller display.
Motorola razr (2020) features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 256 GB internal storage. Motorola razr (2020) takes a lot better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a much bigger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light environments.
Motorola razr (2020) features a way better battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, giving up a couple features and specs.
