Comparison review
Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M21's general score of 84.1. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). Motorola razr (2020)'s design is somewhat thinner but a little heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M21, and both of them were released only 6 months apart.
Galaxy M21 has a little more vivid display than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a little bigger screen, a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a just a bit higher display pixels density.
