Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Galaxy S4, with a overall score of 87 against 79. Motorola razr (2020) is a much heavier phone than Galaxy S4, but they have the same thickness. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola razr (2020) has newer 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, providing a couple additional features.
The Motorola razr (2020) has a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more cores. Galaxy S4 has a more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixels amount per display inch and a quite better 1920 x 1080px resolution.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola razr (2020) takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a lot larger aperture to capture better low-light images and video, a lot higher video quality and a much larger back-facing camera sensor.
