The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Motorola razr (2022), having a 98 score against 81.1. Even being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is older, just a little heavier and thicker than Motorola razr (2022). Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Motorola razr (2022) has Android 12 version, so it provides you some nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a slightly better looking display than Motorola razr (2022), because it has a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a better pixels density and a bit bigger display.
