Xperia 5 II is a little bit better than the Motorola razr (2022), with an 87.2 score against 81.1. Despite of the fact Xperia 5 II is older and just a little bit thicker than Motorola razr (2022), it's construction is still somewhat lighter. Motorola razr (2022) features a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 5 II. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
