Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has a score of 52.4, which is just a bit better than the Motorola RAZR D1's 47.9 global score. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has the previous 4.0 version and Motorola RAZR D1 has Android 4.1. Although it's the best in this review, Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is a somewhat thicker and heavier cellphone than the Motorola RAZR D1.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V counts with a much sharper display than Motorola RAZR D1, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot higher resolution of 854 x 480px and a much higher count of pixels per inch of screen. Motorola RAZR D1 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Motorola RAZR D1 also has 4 GB internal memory.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola RAZR D1, and although they both have a Single-Core processing unit, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V also has an extra graphics processing unit. Motorola RAZR D1 counts with improved battery performance than Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, because it has a 1785mAh battery size.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V features a slightly better camera than Motorola RAZR D1, and although they both have a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V also has a lot better 1280x720 video resolution.
