The Motorola DROID Turbo has a general score of 76.4, which is way better than Motorola RAZR D3's score of 56.9. These phones use Android operating system, but the Motorola DROID Turbo has newer 4.4.4 version and Motorola RAZR D3 has Android 4.1 version, providing the user some additional features. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Motorola DROID Turbo is a heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than Motorola RAZR D3.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with an incredibly better looking display than Motorola RAZR D3, because it has a much better pixels count per inch in the screen, a larger display and a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440. Motorola DROID Turbo has a more powerful CPU than Motorola RAZR D3, because it has a greater number of faster cores, a faster 500 megahertz graphics co-processor and more RAM.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has a much better camera than Motorola RAZR D3, because it has a lot higher 20.7 MP resolution back facing camera and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Motorola RAZR D3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has a superior battery duration than Motorola RAZR D3, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola DROID Turbo costs a little more than the Motorola RAZR D3, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
