The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 has a global score of 60.8, which is slightly better than the Motorola RAZR D3's general score of 56.9. Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is a just a bit lighter phone than the Motorola RAZR D3, but both have the same thickness. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 has a newer 4.2.2 version while Motorola RAZR D3 has Android 4.1 version.

Galaxy Ace 3 features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola RAZR D3, although it has a little bit lower 800 x 480 resolution and a just a little lower pixels density, they both have a screen with the same size. The Motorola RAZR D3 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy Ace 3, although it has a worse graphics co-processor running at 200 megahertz, they both have a 1 GB RAM and a Dual-Core processing unit.
