Google Pixel is way better than the Motorola RAZR HD, with a general score of 80.2 against 64.5. Google Pixel's body is newer and a bit lighter than the Motorola RAZR HD's, although it's just a little bit thicker. The Google Pixel has a bit better performance than Motorola RAZR HD, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
