The HTC One has a score of 69, which is slightly better than Motorola RAZR HD's score of 64.5. Although the HTC One and Motorola RAZR HD were released only a couple months apart, HTC One's construction is just a bit lighter but also somewhat thicker than Motorola RAZR HD. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but HTC One has 5.0 version and Motorola RAZR HD has Android 4.0.4, so it gives you some extra features.
The HTC One features a little bit better looking screen than Motorola RAZR HD, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HTC One also has a lot higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot higher pixel quantity per inch in the screen. The HTC One features just a bit better processing power than Motorola RAZR HD, and although they both have a 400 MHz graphics processing unit, the HTC One also has a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores.
HTC One counts with a superior camera than Motorola RAZR HD, because although it has a much worse 4 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse (Full HD) video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in poorly lited environments. The HTC One has a bit more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola RAZR HD, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
Motorola RAZR HD has a bit superior battery duration than HTC One, because it has a 2530mAh battery capacity.
