Galaxy S III has a global score of 69.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola RAZR HD's score of 64.5. Both phones we compare here use Android OS, but the Galaxy S III has 4.3 version while Motorola RAZR HD has Android 4.0.4, counting with some additional features.
