Comparison review

The LG K40 has an overall score of 69.8, which is much better than the Motorola RAZR MAXX's 62 general score. Both phones we compare here include Android OS, but LG K40 has 8.1 Oreo version and Motorola RAZR MAXX has Android 4.0, so it gives a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. LG K40's body has the same weight than the Motorola RAZR MAXX, but it is just a bit thinner.

LG K40 has a bit superior CPU than Motorola RAZR MAXX, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Motorola RAZR MAXX counts with a bit better looking screen than LG K40, although it has a much smaller screen, a lot worse resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and a little bit less pixels per inch of screen.

The LG K40 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola RAZR MAXX, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video resolution and a same resolution back facing camera, the LG K40 also has a bigger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited situations.

LG K40 features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Motorola RAZR MAXX, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory, the LG K40 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Motorola RAZR MAXX features a little better battery lifetime than LG K40, because it has a 3300mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.

LG K40 not only is the best phones of the ones in this comparison, but it's also cheaper than the Motorola RAZR MAXX, which makes this phone a very good choice.
