Comparison review
The HTC U23 Pro has a general score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than the Motorola razr Plus (2024)'s score of 75.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but HTC U23 Pro has the previous 13 version and Motorola razr Plus (2024) has Android 14 version.
