The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a global score of 90.5, which is much better than the Motorola razr Plus (2024)'s 75.7 score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has an older 10 version while Motorola razr Plus (2024) has Android 14.
