The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a score of 83, which is a little bit better than the Motorola razr Plus (2024)'s 75.7 overall score. These devices use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Motorola razr Plus (2024) has Android 14 version, so it provides a couple additional features.
