Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) is just a bit better than Xperia Z5, with a overall score of 79.2 against 77.6. Even though Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) is incredibly heavier than Xperia Z5, it's incredibly thinner and incredibly newer. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has the newer 15 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version.
Xperia Z5 has a much more vibrant display than Motorola Razr Ultra (2025), although it has a lot smaller screen. The Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Sony Xperia Z5 features a really superior performance than Motorola Razr Ultra (2025), because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has a very superior battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 4700mAh battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) features a much better camera than Xperia Z5, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) also has a way better video resolution and a camera in the back with way more MP.
