The Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is a lot better than Motorola RAZR V3xx's 35.5 overall score. Although the Galaxy Note 4 is much heavier than Motorola RAZR V3xx, it's extremely thinner and also newer. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Motorola RAZR V3xx, because it has a larger number of cores and an additional graphics co-processor.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an incredibly better looking display than Motorola RAZR V3xx, because it has a really bigger screen, a way greater count of pixels per display inch and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Galaxy Note 4 has a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola RAZR V3xx, because it has 32 GB internal storage.
