Motorola ThinkPhone is slightly better than the HTC U Ultra, getting a 78.9 score against 77. The Motorola ThinkPhone construction is notably newer than the HTC U Ultra's, although it's heavier and just a little thicker. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater processing power than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores.
