Huawei Mate Xs has a score of 91.6, which is better than Motorola ThinkPhone's 78.9 overall score. The Huawei Mate Xs design is incredibly older, incredibly heavier and much thicker than Motorola ThinkPhone. Motorola ThinkPhone features a bit better screen than Huawei Mate Xs, although it has a quite worse pixel density, a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit smaller display.
Huawei Mate Xs features a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola ThinkPhone, because it has 256 GB more internal memory.
